What We Install & How We Do It
Noritz is the brand of tankless water heaters that we prefer to install. For a water heater to operate properly and safely it must be properly installed. On every tankl-ess water heater that we install we do the following:
1.) Work with the customer to pick the right model of water heater to get the job done.
2.) Choose a safe location to install the water heater, all done in compliance with the manufacturer's specifications, and to building codes.
3.) Properly size and install water and gas supply lines, with safety shut-off’s and service valves.
4.) We recommend you install a pre-filter on the water line that supplies water to the tankless water heater.
6.) Install proper exhaust venting to proper locations.
7.) Inspect and check for proper air supply and perform any manufacturer recommendations.
8.) Install a Temperature Pressure Relief Valve.
9.) Test the system for proper performance and flush system.
10.) Perform a safety inspection.
